Some sections you can mark as only visible.accessible for people with passwords (family?friends?work team?)

Well, registering your domain name will cost you less than 15 euros if you do it yourself at one of the big bulk registration sites. If you would prefer us to do it for you, we'll charge you 40 euros including fees for one year's registration.

Just 100 euros/ £70 per annum for the hosting including unlimited email accounts, email forwarding, automatic mail answerers, 100 mos of disk space (part of which you could use as a secure back up) etc
